Introduction
This project comprises a six level building housing a gymnasium and swimming pool on the lower ground floor and multi purpose hall on the ground floor, both located off Jeffrey Street Roof top car parking and class rooms are on the upper levels located off Robertson Lane. The new building links to and is an extension of the existing Wyalla building which accommodates the senior year facilities of the campus.
Construction commenced in December 2009 and completion is anticipated in December 2010. Site excavation has been completed and the structure has been completed up to third floor level. The third floor has been completed which was the most complex part of the project with structural transfers and large beam spans to accommodate the multi purpose Hall under.
Gardner Wetherill & Associates collects information provided by users of the site in a database that Gardner Wetherill & Associates uses to generate follow-up messages for Gardner Wetherill & Associates’s use only, and to generate statistical reports concerning users of our site for Gardner Wetherill & Associates’s use only.
