Our approach to Master Planning is one of engaging with the Client to understand their aspirations and vision and then taking them on the journey of the evolution of the Master Plan for their facility.
We have developed and utilise a unique Master Planning/Briefing/Information Gathering process utilising an “esquisse” workshop at the commencement of each commission. This is carried out on site over a 2-3 day period and “kick starts” the design & briefing process.
Gardner Wetherill & Associates collects information provided by users of the site in a database that Gardner Wetherill & Associates uses to generate follow-up messages for Gardner Wetherill & Associates’s use only, and to generate statistical reports concerning users of our site for Gardner Wetherill & Associates’s use only.
