The new fit out was designed to improve workplace health and enhance communication, learning and mentoring; in turn increasing productivity and efficiency.
Removing all cellular offices and internal rooms opened the floor space and allowed natural light and cross-ventilation to occur. The state-of-the-art workstations were arranged for maximum floorplate efficiency. Areas such as kitchens, tea points and quiet rooms were located on the periphery of the plan to maintain the open plan feel.
A multi-function conference room opens out to the staff kitchen, allowing users to hold department-wide gatherings and functions.
