The Journey

CNH Capital are an international agricultural machinery business, with Australian Headquarters in St Mary’s NSW. The commercial fit out is aligned to their agricultural nature of their business.

The project involved arranging the various business groups within the company to enhance efficient management – the open plan environment was key to achieving this goal.

The materials were selected to provide a natural and warm palette. Feature timber wall louvres and ceiling panels are used to delineate work areas from circulation routes.

The facilities have been planned to maximise visual connectivity between the spaces and to help define the path of travel through the building. The fitout was driven to a high degree by a very limited budget – as such the outcome represents exceptional value for money.
